Shipping & Returns
We want you to know we appreciate all our customers & it's very important to us that everyone receives the goods they pay for ♥️
If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, please wait a week from the missed delivery date before contacting us. As missing parcels can still arrive upto 10 days late if there is a issue.
Processing Time
We aim for same-day dispatch, but if we receive a high volume of orders, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and collected from our London warehouse.
Shipping Times
Once dispatched, your order is set to arrive within the estimated time frame based on the shipping option you select at checkout:
• UK Orders: Usually arrive within 1-4 business days.
• International Orders: Typically take 3-10 business days, depending on the selected shipping option.
Shipping Protection
We offer a £2 Shipping protection offer in cart!
We strongly suggest you add shipping insurance to your order especially international orders outside the UK. If you have purchased shipping insurance in the event of theft, loss or damage during transit we will replace/amend your order for you. A brief investigation and approval will be subject to each claim. This fee helps our small business cover costs of replacing/amending customers orders. If your order has any of these issues please Contact Us and we will assist you.
Tracking Number
• All orders are sent tracked and can be traced from our warehouse to your delivery address. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your parcel is dispatched —please check your inbox/junk folder.
Lost Packages
• If your package has issue in transit and you have purchased shipping protection we are responsible. If you do NOT have shipping protection with us, the shipping courier is responsible not ANAZOË. We will help guide you making a case with the shipping courier for compensation.
• We strongly recommend purchasing shipping protection (£2) at checkout. This covers lost, stolen, damaged parcels.
If you DO NOT have shipping insurance and your parcel is lost we will do our best to help you open a dispute with the shipping courier to supply you with compensation.
Cancel Order
• Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse to be dispatched same day. In most cases, we cannot cancel orders after they have been processed. Please double-check your order items & delivery information before placing your order! We cannot always cancel orders as we aim for immediate dispatch.
• Wrong Address/Details: If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This is our store policy here and by shopping you accept this term & condition. Our items our custom made & exclusive to each drop.
Underwear
We suggest ordering one pair to confirm your size before placing a large underwear order. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any underwear items. For this reason we have taken specific care in producing accurately sized products. We encourage customers to refer to our accurate and true-to-size guide before purchasing. However, if you have any concerns regarding sizing, please reach out to us—we are happy to assist you in finding the best fit.
Clothing
Each of our clothing pieces are exclusively made for its respective drop and will never be restocked. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns, as these items cannot be resold. If you experience any issues with sizing, please contact us, and we will do our best to come out with a positive outcome for you. Our drops sell out instantly but if we have stock available we may be able to offer an exchange.
